‘We are getting date after date’ Mahavir Phogat reacts on delay in verdict by CAS

Vinesh Phogat had assured a silver before being disqualified for being overweight at the time of weigh-in at the Paris Olympics 2024. Vinesh appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) for a shared silver. The verdict is getting delayed each day and the hearing has been going on. Now, the verdict of the case is pushed to August 16. Vinesh’s uncle Mahavir Phogat was hopeful that the decision would come in favour of the Indian wrestler.
