15-day Amarnath yatra from July 21 to Aug 3

The managing body of Amarnath Yatra affairs, SASB stated that the annual yatra would be of 15 days and commence from July 21 and culminate on August 3 this year. Yatra 2020 would be performed using helicopters from Baltal camp in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district to the cave. No pilgrim is allowed to undertake the Yatra through Pahalgam route. Pilgrims would be cross-checked for the virus before they are allowed to undertake the yatra on entry into J&K.
