150 lawyers write to CJI, flag deep concerns over Arvind Kejriwal bail halt

The delegation from the Delhi High Court and district courts submitted a written representation to the Chief Justice of India (CJI), DY Chandrachud, over what they called "unprecedented practices" in the courts. They reacted after the High Court paused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's bail after the ED challenged the trial court's order to grant him bail. The representation also included several lawyers from AAP's legal cell.
