A ‘fee’ of Rs 2 lakh to a job racketeer, a pair of police uniforms, and a toy pistol were all that it took an 18-year-old Bihar youth to become a ‘trainee IPS officer’. But his joy was short-lived, as the Sikandra police in Jamui arrested him on Friday. The accused, Mithilesh Manjhi, a resident of Govardhan Bigha village of Halsi, Lakhisarai, was nabbed by police when he was roaming around in Sikandra market in uniform posing as a trainee IPS officer.
