After 15 months of Manipur violence, PM Modi meets CM Singh face to face

More than a year after ethnic conflict broke out in Manipur, the state’s Chief Minister N Biren Singh seems to have finally had a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at New Delhi, according to reports, which also attended by Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh. Biren Singh was in Delhi to attend two meetings – the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting and the conference of chief ministers and deputy chief ministers of BJP-ruled states.
