Allahabad high court grants bail to Ashish Mishra in Lakhimpur violence case

Allahabad high court on Thursday granted bail to prime accused Ashish Mishra in connection with the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case. Thirteen people, including Mishra were arrested.

In October, Mishra was named in an FIR following allegations that he was in one of the vehicles that mowed down four farmers protesting over UP deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya's visit.
