Another system brewing in Bay of Bengal to trigger rain in Kerala

A fresh low pressure area is expected to form over the southeast Bay of Bengal by Sunday. Thereafter, it is likely to become more marked and move west-northwestwards towards the Tamil Nadu coast during the subsequent two days. This system is likely to trigger moderate rains across the State mainly in the hilly areas, with the moisture-laden wind propelled by the weather system crossing over to Kerala through the Western Ghats.
