Apple will offer a much-improved selfie camera on the iPhone 17

According to analysts, all iPhone 17 series models expected to debut in 2025 will boast an improved 24MP selfie camera. Sources claim that it will be a six-piece lens which will be a massive upgrade over the 12MP selfie sensors on the current iPhone 15 lineup. Notably, the 12MP selfie camera lens on the iPhone 15 series utilizes 5P lens elements. The upgraded lens should be able to flaunt improved low-light photos as well via the pixel binning technology.
