Are strict laws needed to ensure MLAs attend Assembly sessions?

It is the prime responsibility of the MLAs to attend the Assembly sessions and discuss the issues of their constituency. Assembly sessions give the best opportunity for the opposition to question various government decisions. They can make suggestions and ensure that the development works of their constituency get cleared. YSRCP MLAs boycotting the Assembly is nothing but insulting the people who elected them and cheating the constituents.
