Arvind Kejriwal's bail plea hearing in Supreme court on Delhi Excise policy case

The hearing is underway in the Supreme Court on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's pleas seeking bail and challenging his arrest by the CBI in the alleged excise policy scam. Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi is representing Kejriwal in the top court. While arguing on behalf of Delhi CM in the apex court, Singhvi informed the bench that Kejriwal was not named in the CBI FIR and emphasised that he does not pose a “flight risk.”
