Bajaj Finance employee dies by suicide due to excessive work pressure

Tarun Saxena, who had worked for Bajaj Finance for around eight years, left behind a suicide note addressed to his wife stating that he had been under immense stress due to pressure from his bosses, who were allegedly pushing him to either meet his targets or call it quits. Saxena's cousin said, "The company had been pressuring him to bring in more collections from the market. When he failed to meet the targets, his salary was deducted."
