Calcutta HC asks CBI to take help of specialised agency in recovering OMR data

During a hearing on a case related to massive irregularities and corruption in the recruitment of primary teachers in 2014, the bench observed that the CBI can consult and take the help of experts from anywhere in the world, including private entities with expertise in Information Technology sector to retrieve the related data.  The court also directed that the cost should be borne by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE).
