China test-fires intercontinental ballistic missile into Pacific Ocean

The missile carrying a dummy warhead was launched to the high seas at 08:44 this morning. China "informed the countries concerned in advance," according to a report that did not clarify the missile's path or where exactly in the "high seas of the Pacific Ocean" it fell.
