Delhi's Urban Extension Road-II to cut airport travel time to 20 mins

Delhi's long-awaited Urban Extension Road-II (UER II), which connects North Delhi to the Delhi-Jaipur highway, will become operational within 2-4 months, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said while addressing the Indian diaspora in Prague, Czech Republic, on Sunday. He said the project will reduce travel time to the Indira Gandhi International Airport from two hours to 20 minutes. The cost of the project is estimated to be around a total of Rs 7,716 crore.
