A Delhi Court has attached the Bikaner House in the national capital, owned by the Nokha Municipal Council in Rajasthan, to settle dues of Rs 50.31 lakh it owes to Enviro Infra Engineers Private Limited. District Judge Vidya Prakash ordered the attachment after the Nokha body failed to honour the arbitrary settlement ordered in 2020. The Patiala Court also restrained the Nokha Council from transferring or charging the property by sale, gift or otherwise.
