The Delhi High Court on Tuesday reserved the order for January 6, 2022, on BJP MP Subramanian Swamy’s petition seeking quashing of Air India disinvestment process and investigation into the role and functioning of the respondent authorities.
The bench of Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh after taking notes of submissions of all sides decided to reserve the order and asked the parties to submit their written submission in this regard.
