A private company has purchased late actor Dilip Kumar's triplex apartment in Pali Hill for Rs 172 crore. Sources reveal that the apartment covers the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors, with a carpet area of 9,527 sq ft, and is valued at Rs 155 crore. The triplex was sold at a rate of Rs 1.62 lakh per sq ft, which is one of the highest rates in the area. The stamp duty for the transaction amounted to Rs 9.3 crore, with a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
