Guyana, Barbados to confer top honour to PM; his global awards' count to touch 19

Guyana will bestow its highest national award, The Order of Excellence, on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Barbados, on the other hand, will confer its esteemed Honorary Order of Freedom of Barbados on the Prime Minister. This recognition comes shortly after Dominica announced its decision to honour PM Modi with its highest national award, the Dominica Award of Honour. The announcement was made on November 14.
