Honey Singh recently revealed that the song was penned after he drank four bottles of vodka with two of his teammates in Australia. He also mentioned that King Khan had warned him against releasing the song, saying, “You’ll get criticised for this.” Addressing rumours of Shah Rukh slapping him, he said, “I can’t answer this here. You’ll hear about it in my documentary on Netflix.” When pressed further, he clarified, “Nothing like that happened.”
