IND vs BAN 2nd Test: Ravichandran Ashwin completes 50 wickets in WTC 2023-25

Ashwin picked up two wickets in the first innings on the Day 4 as India bowled Bangladesh out for 233 in 74.2 overs. He became the first bowler to take at least 50 wickets in all three World Test Championship (WTC) editions. The 38-year-old, who sits at the No. 1 position in the ICC Test bowler’s ranking, achieved the feat at Green Park in Kanpur. Ashwin is the second-highest wicket-taker in WTC history with 182 scalps in 37 matches.
