Indian 2 day 2: Kamal Haasan-starrer performs well despite mixed reviews

The movie is the sequel to the 1996 movie 'Indian' and revolves around Senapathy, who returns to the country to deal with the corruption in the country. According to the website Sacnilk, 'Indian 2' collected Rs 16.7 crore on day 2. The movie earned Rs 13 crore in Tamil version, Rs 1.2 crore in Hindi and Rs 2.5 crore in Telugu. Its total collection now stands at Rs 42.3 crore approximately. 'Indian 2' will be released on Netflix after its theatrical run.
