Indian biotech startups launch 11 unique products in biosciences

The Indian biotech startups took centre-stage with the unveiling of 11 products at the ‘Global Bio-India 2024’ organised by Department of Biotechnology (DBT). According to Union Minister of State (Independent charge) for Science and Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh, India's bio-economy has experienced remarkable growth, skyrocketing from $10 billion in 2014 to over $130 billion in 2024, with projections to reach $300 billion by 2030.
