The movie, directed by Haneef Adeni, is a spin-off to the actor-director's previous outing, Mikhael. The popular actor is reprising his character from the Nivin Pauly starrer in the spin-off, touted as the most violent film in Malayalam cinema. On Mukundan’s 37th birthday, the makers revealed Marco's second-look poster on their social media handles. The poster's highlight is a ripped head set on fire as seen in the leading man’s right hand.
