Mobile gaming in India set to be a $5 billion industry, claims report

The smartphone boom in India has certainly given a massive shot in the arm to the gaming industry. Mobile gaming has become huge and a report by Boston Consulting Group and Sequoia India predicts it to triple in the next few years.
The report claims that while the Indian gaming industry is minuscule — only 1% — compared to the global gaming market, the mobile-first phenomenon could help it triple the revenues.
