If you think turning 30 means you've hit your peak and those new aches and pains are signs of ageing, think again. A recent study published in Nature Aging by scientists at Stanford University and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore found that ageing doesn't happen in a smooth, linear way. They discovered that these changes are more like waves, with significant shifts happening particularly around ages 44 and 60.
