India skipper Rohit Sharma surpassed Pakistan skipper Babar Azam’s run-tally of 4,145 runs during his knock of 92 runs off 41 balls during the T20 World Cup 2024 Super Eight match against Australia in St. Lucia on Monday. The Indian opener’s overall tally in T20Is now stands at 4,165 runs in 149 innings. He averages 32.03 while striking at 140.75. With 191 runs in six innings, Rohit is India’s leading run-scorer in the ongoing T20 World Cup.
