While the oven preheats at 165°C, whisk eggs, rum, vanilla extract, egg yolks, and almond extract in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients, add butter and salt to the batter and mix again. Bake for at least an hour or until the toothpick comes out clean.
