Startup CEO claims 'no salary' job offer is just a satire—but is it?

Shubham Mishra, CEO and founder of BatteryOKTechnologies, an Ahmedabad-based AI startup, apparently said on LinkedIn that the company is looking for “exceptional humans” who can work for “zero salary, weekend off, or vacation.” Mishra listed the “perks” of the position after emphasising that he favoured previous founders from Israel, India or the United States. “Zero salary. (We are seeking long-term folks to join us),” he said.
