Suraksha Clinic & Diagnostic announces ₹846 crore IPO; opens Nov 29

The IPO, priced between ₹420 and ₹441 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each, will close on December 3. As of June 30, the company operates a robust network comprising a central reference laboratory, eight satellite laboratories, 49 diagnostic centres, and 166 sample collection centres across West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, and Meghalaya. The IPO is entirely an offer for sale by the company's existing shareholders.
