Teej, the Sawan-special festival, is all about some warm and confronting authentic desserts. One of the traditional desserts made for the festival is malpua. Mix atta, sooji, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk for a consistent batter. Let it rest. Heat some oil. Pour a ladleful of batter into the oil, allowing it to spread into a circle.
