Tennis: Italy’s Davis Cup winner Jannik Sinner ‘heartbroken’ over doping accusations

The 23-year-old won the Australian Open, US Open and ATP Finals before starring for Italy as they claimed a second consecutive Davis Cup triumph, but cannot play with a clear head. Sinner is still waiting for the outcome of the World Anti-Doping Agency's appeal against his initial exoneration for twice testing positive for traces of the steroid clostebol in March. "Sometimes life gives you difficulties and you just have to (deal with) it.," said Sinner.
