U.S. adds China's BGI Genomics and drone maker DJI to investment ban

The DoD has added a number of Chinese companies with suspected links to the Chinese military.

Including drone manufacturer DJI Technology and BGI Genomics, a dozen Chinese companies - including companies based in Shenzhen and over 60 Chinese companies, including Huawei Technologies and SMIC to its blacklist subjecting them to a ban on investment from the US.
