Zee moves NCLT seeking implementation of Sony merger

Indian broadcasting firm Zee Entertainment has moved the National Company Law Tribunal in opposition to Culver Max Entertainment (previously often called Sony Pictures Networks India) calling for the Japan-based firm to reverse the termination of the merger scheme. Zee also has denied that Culver Max and BEPL are entitled to terminate the settlement and mentioned that Sony’s demand for $90 million in termination fee has ‘no foundation in any respect’.
