`Will miss Lata Didi on Rakhi`: PM Narendra Modi on receiving Lata Deenanath Mangeshkar Award

"Lata Didi was my elder sister. I feel fortunate that she loved me like an elder sister. After many decades, this will be the first Rakhi when Didi isn`t here,” PM Modi said after receiving the award.

The award has been instituted in the memory and honor of Lata Mangeshkar. According to PM Modi, she was like an embodiment of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.
