 It was SP govt which stopped old pension scheme says UP CM Yogi Adityanath 

Days after Akhilesh Yadav promised that his party would restore the old pension of the state government employees,  Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said (Akhilesh's) "Abba jaan" (SP patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav) was the CM when the old pension scheme was done away with in 2005.

Without taking names, Yogi said the state government employees had never been "their" (SP's) priority. "He (Akhilesh) himself was the CM for five years but no such measure was taken," he said.
