'Delhi in middle of 5th Covid wave'

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Wednesday, January 5, confirmed the onset of the fifth wave of Covid in the national capital.

He said, “The number of daily Covid cases may cross 10,000 today [Wednesday] and the positivity rate may go up to 10%. However, hospital bed occupancy is still below 5%.”
