'Just a poor performance overall' - KL Rahul analyses LSG’s defeat to KKR

Lucknow Super Giants sustained a crushing defeat at the hands of Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2024 at the Ekana Stadium on Sunday. Coming in to bat first, KKR posted a total of 235 runs in the first innings. In return, LSG only managed to score 137 runs in the chase. LSG skipper KL Rahul opined that trying to go hard, chasing the mammoth total saw his side lose some early wickets, branding it a poor performance from his team.
