The Congress party has reacted to a video of Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik doing the rounds on social media. Citing the video clip in which the governor is seen purportedly calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi an arrogant man, the Congress said that this was a "cause for concern in a democracy".
