23-Year-Old Indian's Startup 'Thaely' Turns Plastic Waste Into Sneaker Shoes

An Indian startup is putting up a fight against plastic garbage accumulation by turning it into shoes. Called "Thaely," the company claims that a single pair of its shoes is made from 10 bags and 12 bottles.
The 23-year-old founder, Ashay Bhave, claimed that the business is already profitable and that the environment-first startup ships the shoes anywhere in the world for $110 (About ₹8,000).
