2 killed as Chinese electric car falls from third floor office in Shanghai

Two people were killed after a Chinese electric car fell from the third floor of an office in Shanghai. The people who died were inside the vehicle as it fell from the building.

A video showed the vehicle lying on its side with its roof caved in, surrounded by broken glass and emergency workers.
