A five-year-old private school student from Azad Nagar in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL). According to the petition, individuals frequenting the liquor shop often create a nuisance, posing potential risks to the safety and well-being of the school-going children. Court's response to the PIL Upon receiving the PIL, directed the state government counsel to solicit a response from the relevant authorities.
