6.2 kg gold seized at Kochi airport; 7 passengers held

In yet another case of drug smuggling, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) unit on Monday intercepted seven passengers who had arrived on different flights at the Kochi airport in the early hours of the day.
The officials also seized 6.2 kg of gold in compound form from their possession.
