77-year-old UP man’s quirky jugaad to beat the heat

A 77-year-old man from Uttar Pradesh came up with a quirky jugaad to beat the heat. Lalluram, who hails from UP’s Lakhimpur Kheri district, wore a helmet with an attached portable fan to get some respite from the scorching heat.
Lalluram also added that he made this quirky portable fan by borrowing the items from several people.
