90% of Mumbai’s Covid-19 cases in last 2 months from high-rise buildings

Ninety percent of the more than 23,000 people in Mumbai who tested positive for Covid-19 in January and February were residents of high-rise buildings, while the other 10 percent live in slums, says Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) data.
But the trend has shifted to some degree in March with the number of cases from slums also increasing, according to civic officials.
