A wet weekend for Bengaluru

With the southwest (SW) monsoon covering the whole of Karnataka, the rainy season will be in full swing from Friday in Bengaluru. The IMD issued a forecast stating that there will be heavy rainfall in most parts of Karnataka along with thunderstorms.

"The SW monsoon has covered the entire state and seven stations in coastal Karnataka and three stations in the rest of the areas have received heavy rainfall.”
