Alibaba's India unit filed 'fabricated' documents with regulators: Probe

Investigations into the affairs of an Indian unit of Chinese technology company Alibaba has found that some of its documents filed with the regulators were "false or fabricated", people privy to the matter told ET.
The investigations revealed that after the incorporation of Alibaba Cloud in March 2017, its Indian-origin partner resigned and the company was transferred to Chinese nationals.
