Ambani shares 5G rollout plan, retail arm to launch FMCG biz

Oil-to-telecom behemoth Reliance Industries (RIL) held its 45th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday where its chairman and managing director (CMD) Mukesh Ambani addressed his shareholders and shared the rollout plan of its telecom arm Jio’s much-awaited 5G services.
He announced that 5G services will be launched in key cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata by Diwali.
