More than a year ago, news first emerged that Disney was moving ahead with the much-anticipated sequel to Anne Hathaway-starrer The Princess Diaries. Anne Hathaway couldn't divulge specifics but assured fans that progress on the long-awaited The Princess Diaries 3 was ongoing, intending to bring it to fruition. "We’re in a good place," Hathaway remarked. "That’s all I can say. There’s nothing to announce yet. But we’re in a good place."
