As Covid-19 Cases Spike In Himachal, Govt Bans Visitors At Rohtang Tunnel

Tourists wishing to catch a glimpse of snowfall in Himachal Pradesh’s Lahaul- Spiti region, are in for some bad news as the district administration has banned outsiders from entering the region due to a rise in Covid-19 cases.

A police check post has been set up at Sissu to stop tourists from entering Lahaul- Spiti. The move comes in the backdrop of an unprecedented spike in Covid-19 positive cases with the district.
