The city is divided into 100 square metres cells to identify areas that have a high prevalence of Covid-19 and to target these areas with a higher number of tests and better monitoring.
Volunteers visit a patient’s house to get the GPS location of the patient which is used to update information on each cell. Each cell will be marked with a suitable colour, depending on the number of cases – red, orange or yellow.
